Issued by: City of Humboldt The City of Humboldt is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified organizations, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to help shape the future of recreation, sport, wellness, arts, and culture in Humboldt and the surrounding region. Rec-Create Humboldt is a long-term community initiative exploring the development of transformative multi-use recreation and cultural infrastructure that responds to identified community needs while supporting regional growth and long-term sustainability. Through this Expression of Interest, the City is seeking ideas, experience, innovative approaches, and strategic insights from organizations with expertise in areas such as facility planning, governance, project delivery, partnerships, funding strategies, business planning, operations, sustainability, and community engagement. This is not a request for proposals or a competitive procurement for consulting services. Rather, it is an opportunity to engage experienced organizations in an exploratory dialogue that will help inform the City's future planning, project readiness, and procurement approach.
