Scope

Organization: Forestry and Parks The Province invites formal written proposals provide all engineering, labour, equipment, and materials required to complete post-construction landscaping and site civil works, including grading, drainage, gravel surfacing, sod installation, concrete walkways and landings, downspout extensions, protective barriers, and parking curbs at the Leismer Fire Base. The project must be completed by November 1, 2026. Leismer Fire Base Location Legal Land Description: 15-23-77-9-W4 GPS coordinates: 55.690182, -111.284148 Leismer Fire Base is located approximately 11 km west of the Conklin Corner on Twp Rd 773A Refer to the RFP document for additional information and complete scope of work. Submission: Proposals must be submitted electronically, via email, in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format by the RFP Closing Date and Time to the email address indicated. The email subject line should indicate that it is a Proposal and include the RFP number and title. Refer to the RFP document for specific instructions on submitting a proposal - please read carefully to ensure all required information and documentation is provided in your proposal.
