Scope

Organization: Jobs, Economy, Trade and Immigration To solicit proposals to provide the Transition to Employment Services program in several communities throughout Northern Alberta. The Minister intends to identify and select the most qualified proponent to provide the services described in this RFP. Transition to Employment Services assists unemployed and underemployed Albertans to acquire workplace and occupation-related competencies that will facilitate their attachment to paid full-time employment. Transition to Employment Services provides comprehensive and individualized services such as employment support and job matching that help individuals quickly attach to the labour market. Submission: Proposals must be submitted electronically, via email, in PDF format by the Closing Date and Time to the following email address: shannon.k.nadeau@gov.ab.ca The email subject line should indicate that it is a proposal and include the RFP number and title. The official time and date of receipt of proposals will be determined by the email-received time as recorded by the Province’s email server. Proponents should be aware that prior to such electronic delivery, incoming emails are subject to consistency checks and antivirus scans, a process that can take several minutes or longer to complete. Proposals must be received prior to the RFP Closing Date and Time. The Minister will not be responsible for failures (technical or otherwise) that may result in a proposal not being received prior to the RFP closing date and time. If the proposal cannot be opened after reasonable efforts are made by the Minister, the proposal will be rejected. The proposal should be secured against accidental modifications by the Minister and should be printable and searchable in its entirety.
