Organization: Leduc Regional Housing Foundation Leduc Regional Housing Foundation is undertaking a significant redevelopment initiative intended to support long-term housing supply, community benefit and sustainable asset management. LRHF is inviting prospective proponents to submit Proposals for construction management services for the multi-year phased redevelopment of Planeview Place Lodge and Affordable Housing in Leduc, Alberta. The project is planned in three separate phases, and each phase will include pre-construction services to support design, selective demolition of the existing site and construction, tie-ins, and handover of each new residential building in a fully operational state. This redevelopment will occur on the existing 4.13-acre site and will operate as affordable housing and support services. A total of 187 suites – a combination of lodge rooms, studio and one-bedroom – will be provided through new construction and the remaining lodge. Submission: 1.5 Instructions for Submission of Proposals Proposals must be submitted by email to: Email: shouston@leducregionalhousing.ca Reference: RFP No. SLMPPP001 Construction Management Services Planeview Place Lodge and Housing Redevelopment The Proponent’s complete Proposal must be received in the above-noted email inbox by the Closing Time. The time stamp of the LRHF’s email system will be the official time of receipt of the Proposal. Proposals received after the Closing Time will not be considered. Proposals are to be submitted in PDF format and the email subject line should reference the RFP title and number (see RFP cover). Electronic submissions must not exceed 10 MB including email signature. Proponents should divide their responses into appropriately sized (smaller than 10 MB) files and include details of the attachments in the email and indicate how many emails they will send. Proposals are stored in an electronically secure and restricted environment. Proposals will not be opened
