Organization: NorQuest College NorQuest College (the “College”) is inviting Vendors to submit Proposals for the provision of Flight Attendant Training Program service as specified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). This RFP will be conducted with the objective of maximizing the benefit to the College, while offering the Vendors a fair and equitable opportunity to participate. Submission: Proposals and all required documentations shall be uploaded to Bids&Tenders no later than 8/26/2026 at 14:00 Mountain Standard Time. Please submit your proposal through the Bids & Tenders platform: https://norquest.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en Bid Name: RFP #2027-00108 Flight Attendant Training Program. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to clarify the interpretation of any items in this RFP. Proponents may submit questions to NorQuest College with regard to this RFP in writing through Bids&Tenders, at any time up to the deadline date for questions.
