Organization: Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo to prospective proponents to submit a proposal (“Proposal”) for the Supply of Automotive Oils and Lubricants, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the Municipality to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
