Division: Parks, Forestry & Recreation Buyer: Alma Salcedo (alma.salcedo@toronto.ca) · 4163926057 Wards: Ward 10 Spadina-Fort York Parks Planning & Strategic Initiatives within the Parks & Recreation Division (P&R), in association with Purchasing and Materials Management Division (PMMD), is issuing this RFP for a multidisciplinary design team led by a registered landscape architect (as the Successful Supplier) to provide full professional and technical services for the design and construction of a new park including public art at 34 Hanna Ave. This RFP is the second phase of the design competition and is focussed on the selection of a Supplier comprising of a team for park design including a washroom pavilion and public art. The project will be awarded to the Supplier whose design best meets the project goals as outlined in the RFP and the design brief as determined by the Jury. Only those Suppliers that were pre-qualified through the 34 Hanna Ave. Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ Doc 5231814676) shall be considered to participate in this RFP as follows: 1. CCxA Architectes Paysagistes Inc. 2. Daoust Lestage Inc. 3. MacLennan Jaunkalns Miller Architects Ltd. 4. Nippaysage Inc. 5. PMA Landscape Architects Ltd. Per the RFSQ, the Supplier is responsible for assembling, coordinating, and administering the services of qualified professional firms to carry out the various disciplines of work needed to design and oversee the project. The following mandatory professional and technical services are required on the successful Supplier's design team: • Landscape Architect – lead (full member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects and with seal) • Architect (in good standing with the Ontario Association of Architects) • Artist or artist team • Engineers for drainage and servicing, as well as lighting design (mechanical, electrical, civil and structural) • Green Infrastructure and Cabon Neutrality/Climate Positive Design • Cost
