The work also includes conversion of the existing gender-specific washrooms into private, fully accessible, gender-neutral universal washrooms designed for year-round use. The successful Bidder will provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, permits, temporary facilities, and construction services required to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
