Issued by: Highways Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice: This is an advance notice for the procurement of a Contractor to complete culvert replacements near Pinehouse, Saskatchewan. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender will have a shortened advertising period and will have an early completion date. The work is expected to take place as early as September 2026, with a specified completion date as early as October 31, 2026. The Ministry of Highways reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work. Description of the Procurement: INSTALLATION OF TWO 2 000 mm DIAMETER AND TWO 800 mm DIAMETER MINISTRY SUPPLIED ALUMINIZED TYPE 2 CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE CULVERTS by open excavation of the Roadway at two locations on Highway No. 914, north of Pinehouse, SK; for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 64 m.
