Issued by: Highways Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice: This is an advance notice for the procurement of a Contractor to complete culvert replacements near MacNutt, Saskatchewan. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender will have a shortened advertising period and will have an early completion date. The work is expected to take place as early as September 2026, with a specified completion date as early as October 31, 2026. A grade raise is required on Highway 381 which will have a phased completion date in the Spring of 2027. The Ministry of Highways reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work. Description of the Procurement: INSTALLATION OF TWO 2 400 mm DIAMETER AND THREE 1 800 mm DIAMETER MINISTRY SUPPLIED POLYMER LAMINATED CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE CULVERTS AND SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FOUR 1 500 mm DIAMETER SMOOTH WALL STEEL PIPE CULVERTS by open excavation of the at three locations near MacNutt, SK; for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 202 m.
