Issued by: Saskatchewan Health Authority The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) requires the use of a shuttle service to travel between SHA Saskatoon sites as well as within the Royal University Hospital (RUH) Campus. The SHA intends to select a service provider for the operation of a shuttle service in Saskatoon with three (3) distinct components: Inter-hospital, Park & Ride and RUH Parkade Courtesy Shuttle. The proposed term length for these services will be an initial three-year (3) contract with two (2), one (1) year optional extensions based on the sole discretion of the SHA. Submissions clearly marked "RFP Submission: RFP-200062626 - SHA Employee Shuttle Services - Saskatoon", in the subject line, will be received by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), via email at [email protected], no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Friday, September 18, 2026. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: •Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement •Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement •Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
