Issued by: Highways This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses in order to be included on a prequalified supplier list, in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2). The prequalified suppliers must be able to provide Scrub Seal Equipment, on an “if and when required” basis, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A). This RFSQ is a continuous onboarding process.
