Scope

Organization: Town of Banff The Town of Banff (the “Town”) invites Proposals from qualified Proponents to enter into a non-exclusive Master Services Agreement for HVAC maintenance, repair, emergency response, and related services at Town facilities. Work under the Agreement may include scheduled preventative maintenance, routine service calls, emergency trouble-call response, troubleshooting, repairs, parts and materials supply, controls support, refrigerant work, and other related HVAC services authorized by the Town. Submission: Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to submit@banff.ca as two separate files: a Technical Proposal and Pricing Proposal. Pricing must not appear in the Technical Proposal. Files should be named “RFP 2026-673-02 – [Proponent Name] – Technical Proposal.pdf” and “RFP 2026-673-02 – [Proponent Name] – Pricing Proposal.pdf.” Submissions must include all required forms and schedules, including the completed Pricing Form. Technical Proposals should not exceed 25 pages, excluding resumes, references, certifications, completed forms, and appendices.
