Scope

Organization: Town of Innisfail The purpose of this RFP is to solicit safety codes expertise in the plumbing, gas, electrical, and private sewage disciplines. The Agency selected will provide safety code services to the Town within the scope of the Agency’s accreditation under the Safety Codes Act. Services shall include but not be limited to the receipt of safety code permits; Systems review; collection of fees; safety codes council fee remittance; permit issuance; permit inspection; compliance monitoring; and permit administration in accordance with the Safety Codes Act and the Town of Innisfail’s Quality Management System (QMS). The Town’s current Safety Codes Service Agreement was approved in 2022 and is set to expire December 31, 2026. Submission: The submission shall be sealed and labeled or in a .PDF format with the Proponent’s name, RFP title and reference number. Submissions can be received by email, mail, courier or in person to: Town of Innisfail 4943 53 Street Innisfail AB T4G 1A1 reception@innisfail.ca On or before: 4:30 pm, September 30, 2026 Late Proposals Proposals received after the Closing Time will not be accepted or considered. Delays caused by any delivery, courier or mail service(s) may not be grounds for an extension of the Closing Time.
