Scope

Issued by: City of Regina The City is seeking qualified entities to supply motor graders with attachments and certified, experienced operators for winter road maintenance services on an “as required, if required” basis to supplement City resources during winter seasons. The City requires twenty (20) Motor Graders along with attachments and operators for 2026-2027 winter season with an option to extend the contract for two additional terms during the 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 winter seasons. During adverse weather conditions, like heavy snow accumulation, during the above mentioned period, hired motor graders with attachments and operators may be required to assist City's Roadways Seasonal Operations branch in meeting the objectives and timelines as outlined in the Winter Maintenance Policy. The City intends to award to multiple suppliers to reach a contracted fleet of twenty (20) Motor Graders and Operators. Pre-Bid MeetingThere will be no in person pre-submission meeting or site visit. There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams regarding this competitionon August 20, 2026 at 10 am., C.S.T. (SK) for any interested proponents. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the onlinemeeting by August 19, 2026 at 12pm, CST.
