Scope

Organization: Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta The WCB invites Proposals for the provision of Interpretation and Translation services to injured Workers. Services include but are not limited to in-person Interpretation, telephone/virtual Interpretation and message relay, and printed material Translation. The objective is to qualify a minimum of 3 (three) Service Providers who have staff available in Edmonton and surrounding areas and/or Calgary and surrounding areas (one Service Provider may cover both regions). Submission: Proposal documents will only be accepted through the WCB Supplier Portal. Proposals delivered by other means or methods (e.g., hard copy, mail, facsimile, or e-mail) will not be accepted.
