Scope

Issued by: City of Regina The City seeks proposals in response to this RFP from entities qualified and experienced in trucking and dispatching services. The services include the requirement for tandem axle dump trucks and truck/semi-trailer combinations, with qualified operators, for the general conveyance of granular and aggregate materials such as dirt, gravel, concrete, slag, construction rubble, waste materials, hot asphalt, cold planings and snow, to and from various locations in the city and its outskirts, as well as dispatch services for such vehicles and operators. The City intends to enter into an agreement with only one legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two one-year extensions. Refer to Section B, Material Disclosures of Appendix D - RFP Particulars for information regarding historical data during the past three years.
