Scope

Organization: Forestry and Parks Scope/Description: .1 Perform utilities infrastructure assessment, feasibility study, cost estimation, and conceptual design services for the Owl, Grouse, and Grey Jay Group Campsites within Bow Valley Provincial Park. .2 The project scope includes assessing existing potable water and wastewater infrastructure. .3 The project will develop and evaluate servicing options for potable water supply, distribution, and wastewater systems to improve reliability, regulatory compliance, and long-term operational sustainability. .4 The consultant shall prepare a Conceptual Design Report summarizing assessment findings, feasibility evaluations, recommended options, and future infrastructure investment priorities. The infrastructure assessment and planning process will inform a conceptual design for future capital upgrades. .5 Work under this contract includes all components identified in the RFP. ANTICIPATED PROJECT SCHEDULE .1 The project schedule calls for commencement of Contract by November 02, 2026 and completion of Services by March 12, 2027.
