Organization: Mountain View Regional Water Services Commission The Mountain View Regional Water Services Commission (herein referred to as the Owner) invites Prequalification Submissions from General Contractors (herein referred to as the Applicant), interested in completing the Anthony Henday Water Treatment Plant Electrical Upgrades project. The Owner reserves the right to use the results from this prequalification for all remaining planned upgrades and additional work may be issued as a change order to work already assigned, or as an RFP to all qualified Applicants, at the Owner’s sole discretion, to improve consistency in project management and workmanship as they sit fit. Prequalified contractors may subsequently be invited to participate in competitive bid opportunities over a period of three years. Throughout the project, the Applicant will be assigned the role of Prime Contractor for the work sites and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
