Issued by: Rural Municipality of Heart's Hill No. 352 The Rural Municipality of Heart's Hill No.352 is looking for quotes to purchase a new, tridem axle gravel haul trailer. The following specifications are required and should be listed in the quote: Must be new, not interested in used In-stock trailer preferred Capacity of approx. 27-28 cubic yards Belly dump - cross clam with 36" opening Two compartments Length of approx. 40 feet Air ride suspension 25,000 lb capacity per axle Load Cover/Tarp Picture and dimension Warranty details to be included in submission Vendors are welcome to submit one or more bids depending on in stock models. Complete a separate quote for each trailer. Council will review the quotes at their meeting on October 10, 2026, so the price should be held until that time. All submissions should be emailed to [email protected] by 4:00 p.m. October 5th, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any quote, and to cancel this request for quotation at any time. The Municipality is not bound to accept the lowest-priced or any submission.
