The District, through Northern Municipal Services, requires a qualified contractor to remove all solid waste material, arrange for the lawful disposal or salvage of abandoned vehicles and vehicle parts, restore the site to a clean and safe condition, and construct an earthen or rock berm at the site entrance to prevent future unauthorized access and dumping.
