Issued by: Rural Municipality of Miry Creek No. 229 The Rural Municipality of Miry Creek No. 229 invites tenders for the 2026/2027 winter gravel loading, hauling and stockpiling contract. The work consists of loading approximately 10,000 cubic yards of gravel at the RM gravel pit located at NW 9-23-20 W3, hauling it approximately 25 miles, and stockpiling it at NW 9-20-20 W3. Work must be completed by March 15, 2027. The contractor must supply its own loader with a working scale and have access to a minimum of two truck units. Tenders must include loading, haul and stockpiling rates, equipment listing, proof of liability insurance, a WCB Letter of Good Standing and a reference. Tenders close at 4:00 PM, Friday, November 6, 2026. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
