Issued by: Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency Aviation Services Call When Needed - Winter 2026 - SPSA-RFPQ-2026-148 Please send your submission or any questions to: Darcy Stead Email: [email protected] This Call When Needed ("CWN") is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency ("SPSA" or "Agency") to prospective proponents to qualify and submit rates that they will charge for the provision of short-term aviation services on a "Call When Needed" basis. The submitted rates will be valid between October 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027. The SPSA anticipates requiring short-term helicopter/fixed wing aviation services, to aid with wildland fire suppression, crew moves and other efforts as undertaken by the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency within the Province of Saskatchewan. Submissions will be evaluated continuously as they are submitted. You are encouraged to submit documentation as early as possible.
