Scope
Issued by: City of Saskatoon The City of Saskatoon is seeking the services of a qualified Water and Sewer Contractor to complete trenchless replacement of both planned and failed water and sewer service connections constructed from materials that no longer meet current City specifications. The work includes the replacement of failed lead or polybutylene water services and clay tile or fibre sewer service connections. The Contractor shall furnish all labour, equipment, materials, and supervision required to perform the work using pipe-bursting technology, including all associated excavation, installation, testing, and restoration of surfaces within City property.
