Scope of work includes demolition of existing clubhouse after new facility is occupied. Site services will be required to extend to Rue Centrale St. as the closest Municipal connection. New construction consists of a single storey facility with partial basement storage garage. Core spaces include 225-person capacity community room with folding partition; 75-seat Restaurant, commercial kitchen with catering kitchen; and golf club amenities including retail, locker, and activity rooms. The design is intended to meet Net Zero Carbon v4 standard and will be applying for certification with CaGBC. Roof-mounted solar panel array and geothermal heating are key strategies to meet sustainability targets.
