Scope of WorkThe work includes, but is not limited to:• Removal and replacement of existing scuppers• Repair of parapet wall membrane (approx. 75’)• Installation of new torch on roof cap membrane (approx. 736 sq ft)• Miscellaneous repairs as required to address active leaks• Site cleanup and disposal of all removed materialsContractors are responsible for supplying all labour, materials, equipment, and safety measures necessary to complete the work.
