Issued by: Rural Municipality of Clinworth No. 230 The RM of Clinworth No. 230 is seeking qualified contractors for RM230-2026-02 to complete the removal and replacement of the existing Museum Roof which was thought to be fixed back in 2015 when they hired Pro-Foam Roofing to clean and prep the roof and spray 2" polyurethane foam followed by high pressure UV coating over the roof surface. The roof is leaking severely causing extensive damage. The Museum roof is currently a flat roof (Building was a former school). Work includes the full removal and disposal of all current roofing materials required to be removed and the install of a new truss system roof. The anticipated project timeline is October 19, 2026 to March 31, 2027, with flexibility to accommodate weather conditions. Contractors are responsible for obtaining all required building permits, utility disconnection permits and must work along side appointed Building Official to comply with the National Building Code of Canada, and the Saskatchewan Fire Code. Bids for RM230-20026-02 must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. on October 5, 2026. The successful bidder will provide full general contracting services, permitting, materials, construction, warranty documentation, safety compliance, complete site restoration.
