Issued by: Regina School Division No. 4 Regina Public Schools (the "Owner"), seeks Bids to perform work to repair failed roof structure at 1600 4th Avenue in Regina, Saskatchewan for a Stipulated Price in accordance with the Contract Documents listed below. Details regarding this Project can be found in the Contract Documents. A mandatory site meeting and walkthrough has been scheduled for September 16, 2026 at 8:00 am. All General Contractors bidding on the project must attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the true extent of the work. Sub-trades are not required to attend the walkthrough. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the worksite prior to preparing and submitting Bids.
