Issued by: City of Swift Current The City of Swift Current invites qualified residential builders and developers (“Proponents”) to submit proposals for the purchase and development of a municipally owned parcel located along Lorne Street East within view of the Swift Current Creek. The site is currently zoned R2. The site is suitable for a 1 – 4 lot residential subdivision. If rezoning is required to suit a proposal a public consultation will need to be held.
