Electronic tenders, in PDF format, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works, which consist of the modifications to the electrical distribution of The Moncton Hospital Blocks 600 & 700 to support the upcoming work related to the Symbio project, and all related work, will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday,November 5, 2026 by: Mr. Blaine Lynch, CET, Regional Director Facilities, Engineering & Property Management, Regional Health Authority 'B' 180 Woodbridge St. Fredericton, NB E3B 4R3 Instructions to obtain Tender Documents: Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at tendersatlantic@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext.178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list. Tender submission method: Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail at David.McPherson@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. The original signed and sealed paper copy of the Tender Submission shall be mailed to the following address: Englobe Corp. 1077 St. George Blvd., Suite 400 Moncton, NB E1E 4C9 A bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Horizon Health Network must accompany each tender. Tender opening method: Tender openings will not be opened publicly with Bidders present. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78). The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
