Organization: City of Airdrie Provide a detailed design and supply and install a solar photovoltaic array on the roof of the City of Airdrie's Public Works facility located at 15 East Lake Hill NE Submission: Please note: Vendors must register on the City of Airdrie MERX portal, at no cost to you, in order to obtain competition documents. Competition documents are to be obtained from Merx as shown below. Responses must be submitted via the Merx 4 online portal found at www.merx.com. Hard copies will not be accepted. Failure to submit via Merx 4 will result in a non-compliant bid. All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued on MERX. The City of Airdrie asks that you refer to the MERX for these amendments. No further information will be posted on APC. PLEASE NOTE: Even if you have an existing MERX account you will need to re-register with Merx on the City of Airdrie MERX portal to access the City’s documents (as the City does not charge for documents). Contact MERX’s helpdesk for further details on how to register and access the City’s documents.
