Scope

Organization: City of Calgary The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified supplier to provide ongoing inspection and preventative maintenance, testing, servicing, troubleshooting, repair and return-to-service support for critical engines, generators and associated controls and auxiliaries on an as required basis. The approximate Pump engine output ratings range from 13 HP to 1,395 HP. These engines are rated in horsepower (HP) as they primarily provide a redundant source of mechanical power in support of electric motor-driven systems. The approximate generator electrical output ratings range from 108 kW to 1,250 kW (1.25 MW). The Supplier is expected to provide all required administration, supervision, tools, equipment and incidentals required to complete the Work. Submission: Instructions - Bidding documents should be obtained from SAP Business Network. - Bids are submitted via the SAP Business Network portal found at supplier.ariba.com. - Suppliers must register on the Ariba portal to submit a bid. - Hard copies are not accepted - Failure to submit via SAP Business Network will result in a non-compliant bid.
