Issued by: TOWN OF OROMOCTO Published: 2026/10/05 08:33 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP No. ORO-26-07) Professional Engineering Services Municipal Wastewater Lift Station The Town of Oromocto invites proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the design and tendering of a new regional wastewater lift station, force main, gravity sewer upgrades, and associated infrastructure to replace the existing wastewater treatment plant. The assignment includes preliminary and detailed design, regulatory approvals, tender support, and provisional construction administration, commissioning, and record drawing services. The estimated project value is approximately $16.2 million, with construction anticipated to commence in 2027. A complete digital copy of the RFP may be obtained by emailing a request with the subject line "Request for RFP ORO-26-07". Closing Date: November 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM (Atlantic Time). Inquiry Deadline: October 29, 2026. Electronic proposals shall be submitted in PDF format, individually no larger than 35 MB in size. Email engineering@oromocto.ca to requests a complete copy of the RFP or to submit a formal proposal. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The lowest-priced or highest-scored proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
